This is a full-cycle sales role with a strong closing focus. You will work qualified leads passed through from our lead generation team, alongside generating and prospecting your own opportunities, converting both into long-term clients. Once a client is on board, you will own that relationship as their primary point of contact for renewals, queries, and additional services.

This role has two stages. You begin in new business, generating and qualifying leads alongside experienced consultants while you learn the energy market and how we build relationships that last. As you prove you can build and manage a pipeline, the role moves into account management: owning your own client relationships, closing your own deals, and growing the accounts you bring on.
