About the role
Start in lead generation and outbound calling, learning the energy market alongside experienced consultants at a B Corp certified, fast-growing broker. Once you've proven you can build and manage your own pipeline, the role moves into account management: owning, closing and growing your own client relationships, with earning potential to match. Open to recent graduates, with full training from day one. This is an outbound sales role built for early-career professionals who want to develop a lasting career in sales and account management. You'll start by mastering lead generation alongside experienced consultants, learning the energy market and how we build relationships that last. Your development journey The first four months are about building the foundations: learning how to create, manage, and grow your own pipeline, supported by regular coaching and classroom training throughout your probation. After probation, you'll build the skills to manage and close your own deals, turning a strong lead generator into a complete sales professional and significantly increasing your earning potential along the way.
What you'll do
- Calling and emailing businesses to generate qualified leads
- Identifying and engaging key decision makers
- Building rapport quickly and clearly communicating Purely Energy's value
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, contacts, and outcomes
- Consistently hitting daily call volumes and lead generation targets
What we look for

- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales is a plus, but not essential
- A degree is welcome but not required; attitude and drive matter most
- Some prior work experience in any field is useful, though we'll consider the right person without it

- Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom
- Must live within a reasonable commutable distance from the office

The Interview Process (2 to 4 weeks)
- 1A 10-minute phone call to go over the role briefly and ask some required questions, conducted by either Myles or Lorren.
- 2A first-stage 30-minute interview with Myles, held either over Teams or in person.
- 3A final-stage 45-minute interview in person with Adnan, the team leader, and Harvey, the director.
